The BID is launching a new live online training program for local businesses, working with SEEDL and featuring 200 training modules in a wide range of subjects.

The interactive courses include customer service, project management, mental health awareness, Microsoft 365, leadership development and much more.

Each course is free to Kendal businesses and their staff and each learner will receive a certificate for their records on completion of each course. Businesses are encouraged to take part in as many of the courses as they would like.

Kendal BID manager Peter Brendling says ‘Kendal BID is really excited to launch this training initiative as it is something that can benefit all of our levy payer, no matter what sector they are in. The wide range of courses means that everyone should be able to find a course that will help develop their business and staff’.

The project will launch on 19th September and will initially run for a year. Get more information and sign up.
