The Westmorland Orchestra is joined by the voices of Cumbria Festival Chorus and world-renowned soloists for a concert featuring Beethoven’s magnificent 9th Symphony “Choral”
A full orchestra and chorus conducted by Richard Howarth will perform Beethoven’s masterpiece, Symphony No. 9, “Choral” with internationally renowned soloists. Also on the programme is Beethoven’s Leonore Overture 3 and Bruckner’s Os Justi . Internationally renowned Soloists for Beethoven’s Ninth will be: Sarah Fox – soprano, Kathryn Rudge – mezzo soprano, Andrew Tortise – tenor and Samuel Snowden – bass baritone.
Tickets are free for young people and £18 for others available here and on the door.
