Lee Lard began his comic career in 1993 and turned professional in 2000. Initially, he worked as part of the comedy duo Lean & Lard. After spending 10 years honing his craft in the northern clubland, Lee decided to go solo. A turning point in his career came when he had the opportunity to collaborate with Peter Kay on a Comic Relief video in March 2005, which led to the development of his own hilarious ‘Peter Kay’ style stand-up comedy.
