A new project is taking shape on the edge of Kendal – and local residents and businesses are being encouraged to have their say.

The Flock is a proposed employment-led development that could deliver up to 475,000 sq ft of high-quality industrial space. The aim is to support the growth of local and regional businesses, create up to 1,200 jobs, and generate around £65 million in annual economic value.

The project is being brought forward by Watch This Space, who are now launching a public consultation ahead of submitting a planning application in September 2025.

A drop-in consultation event will be held on:
