Calling all Kendal charities!
People from across Kendal are being encouraged to start thinking about a local charity they believe deserves recognition, as Westmorland Shopping Centre launches its search for a new charity partner!
The chosen charity will benefit from 12 months of fundraising activity and support from the busy Westmorland Shopping Centre, which welcomes over 3 million shoppers a year and is home to brands such as Clarks, Toyland, Topshop, Ryman, Waterstones, The Body Shop and Superdrug as well as the Kendal Indoor Market.
To be considered, Kendal based charities simply need to complete a simple form on the Westmorland Shopping Centre website.
A short list of three charities will be announced w/c 24th June, when the people of Kendal will be able to cast their vote for their favourite charity via the centre’s Facebook page, with the winner announced week commencing 1st July.
