Kendal Town Council are proud to announce the launch of the 2019 Kendal in Bloom competition.

Community groups, organisations and businesses, home owners and like-minded people are encouraged to get involved to improve our local area. For 2019, there is also a separate category for schools to enter.

It doesn’t matter if your garden project is big or small. If you would like to register to take part, please email your contact details and the category you want to enter to Janine Holt at allotments@kendaltowncouncil.gov.uk by 31st May 2019.

As a thank you to all those taking part, there will be an evening celebration hosted by the Town Council on 19th September 2019, anyone taking part in the Kendal in Bloom initiative is invited to attend.

Kendal enters the ‘Cumbria in Bloom’ competition each year and is proud to have won Silver and Silver Gilt on several occasions.
