Summer’s calling and we have a brand-new adventure in Kendal! The much-anticipated summer trail returns and this year with an exciting Cumbrian Adventure theme.

This year, we’re celebrating everything that makes Cumbria magical. Think rolling fells, iconic flavours, quirky transport, and colourful traditions. All wrapped into one vibrant trail across Kendal’s shops, streets, and secret corners.

What’s the Trail All About?

Pick up your free trail map and complete five fun, themed challenges, each one inspired by the heart and soul of Cumbria. Along the way, uncover 36 quirky facts about the region you might never have known—perfect for curious kids and adults alike!

Look Out for Trail Treats 🍭

Many of Kendal’s fantastic independent businesses are joining the fun! If you see a Trail Treat symbol in a shop window, step inside and you’ll receive a little reward just for taking part.

Fancy Winning a Local Prize?

Once you’ve completed the trail, simply fill in your details on the map and drop it off at the Booths kiosk in Wainwright’s Yard. Every completed trail map gets entered into a weekly prize draw for a £20 local voucher. It’s that easy!
