Mature Movers is an open dance class for all abilities, aimed at over 60s. The class involves moving together to a variety of music, exploring different styles, and creating movement in a fun, supportive and overall sociable atmosphere.

Important Information
This course will be held in Studio 1. There are no sessions during half term 25-29 May.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please come ready to dance in comfortable clothes that you can move in, long hair should be tied back as well as jewellery removed. Bring your own water in a bottle.
