CADAS and the Goodness Consciousness Movement invite you to a workshop about how recording your experiences and emotions can change the way you think and feel about your life for the better. Come and share your experiences of keeping a diary or a journal and learn about how it has helped others to get things in perspective and become more aware of the good things in life. Everyone welcome.
