Journaling for Wellbeing

CADAS and the Goodness Consciousness Movement invite you to a series of workshops about recording your experiences and emotions to change the way you think and feel about your life for the better. Come and share your experiences of keeping a journal, take part in a few practical exercises to help you get the most out of your writing, and learn about how journaling has helped others to get things in perspective and become more aware of the good things in life. Everyone welcome.
