Welcome to the Cumbria Power of Now Group! We meet fortnightly on a Monday evening in Kendal to explore the spiritual bestseller ‘The Power of Now’ by Eckhart Tolle. Meetings include time for stillness after listening to a section of ‘The Power of Now’ audiobook, followed by informal discussion over a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits.
