Fried chicken is back in Kendal, this time with a twist. PakPak is a modern fried chicken gaff with all the chicken cooked to order, they focus on every aspect of the cooking process – they brine the chicken in local beer, then marinate in their special marinade before frying in crisp batter, after which you get to choose one of their homemade sauces. Our specialist wings are Asian-inspired, and fried in our crispy soy batter then tossed in our homemade pineapple teriyaki – all of these together with a selection of kickass side dishes.
